after watching this video i personally dont think this is a real eye slit. i suspect this is some type of stage effects for the concert. I feel like this is still interesting display tho, there may be a chance they are openly showing them selves. Things have been so bad on the planet it feels like these reptillians are very much proud and in control of all this chaos.
